The best product to withstand heat, cold, sun & rain.
Communication is horrible, I called and was placed on hold for 2 hours then they hung up. I started a chat and was waiting in line for 50 mins then when my chance came, the screen went blank. I placed my order going on 2 weeks now and it's frustrating

Once we got the hang of putting these chairs together it was very easy. Unfortunately the instructions are a bit lacking, basically go by pictures. The biggest issue in assembly is trying to fit a square edge screw into a precut hole on the front portion of the legs. We ended up using a drill to make the opening of the hole a little larger so that the provided screws would go in. It would be better to include beveled screws for all of the parts that take a screw going into a precut hole. Other than that the assembly was easy. I would suggest that two people do the assembly as there are times it is necessary for one person to hold things together while the other attaches the parts. The chairs themselves are very comfortable and should last a lot of years!
