Product is well made and looks and feels sturdy. The only reason for the 4 stars was the length of the chains provided was short .

Overall I love the swing. It does have a defect in one of the boards on the back that should have been replaced. The swing sits comfortable and the color is great. I love the dark gray color not to deep but rich in color. The swing tilt is good and it was easy to install.

We absolutely love our new bench swing! It was really easy to assemble and install. The hardware is not included, so we purchased it online to hang it to our porch and the whole process was very straight forward.

Great swing! Very comfortable for two people and a couple of dogs. Definitely a crowd pleaser as everyone loves it!

So I love the swing. It’s poly wood so what’s not to love. But the larger screws/bolts have a super cheap black coating on them that has already flaked off just from putting it together. Also it seems to be missing the actual poly wood logo and it was not in the box anywhere to fix it so there’s a blank indented circle where it used to be. I realize these are just minor cosmetic flaws but honestly when I spend this amount, I would like it to be nice right out of the box. Hubby said it was quick and easy to put together.
