We really really enjoy our air fryer. So many things we get to cook in there..

it works just less than s year them just never turn on again it is just trash

The item worked great for a while and I used it for many things but... It crapped out in less than a year. Very unhappy that it didn't come with at least a year warrenty.

I bought for the rotisserie. The parts are defective. The rod is too short and does not fit well into both ends of the rotisserie holes. I have to fiddle with the raw bird and the wand and the forks. The one end will fall out during cooking so you have to keep light on and an eye on it to make sure your chicken gets cooked. Up your cooking time by at least 5-7 minutes. Once you get thru all that hassle the chicken is delish but the rotisserie rod is a piece of junk and needs to be redesigned. Use only a small chicken.

Since day one all the food I cook in it taste like plastic. I figured I would wait and it would fix itself. Are you and I have later it still taste like plastic in the manufacture wants to do nothing about it. Do not buy this garbage.

Purchased the unit at the of March 2020, and enjoyed fries, chicken strips and lots of other kid friendly food using no oil. At the end of August, we noticed our food was not turning out well, and that the unit is not getting up temperature anymore. Warranty period is now over, and we have an expensive paper weight. We will not be purchasing any more of these products.

Slowly but surely fell apart. First the door stopped closing. Than fan start making strange noise until finally oven just stopped working. Very disappointed. Allied manufacturer who is not willing to give either replacement or refund. No refund from Bedbathandbeyond as well. Waste of money. Do yourself a favor and buy a reputable company that will work for more than 1 year.

I love this unit, I love the features. When it worked, it worked well. One day, the electronic display stopped working and stopped responding to touch. Initial display worked, power indicator worked, no response to touch. I am so sad, since there is no return to the store or the manufacturer. I lost a lot of money on this purchase with no options of repair or return. You take a risk every time you purchase an electronic device that you may only get a few months of use.
