Bought this about a month ago and been using it daily. I've used it for fries, chicken patties, premade frozen pizzas, reheating eggrolls, dumplings and even juicy pork chops. Unfortunately things like pork chops take up more than half the room of the basket which probably caused my air fryer to overheat and shut off a few times, then yoi have to wait till it cools down before using it again. *Important*. Also! the grill thing on the inside is stuck in there good when you first receive the product and its not specified that the little rubber things are silicon protectors for the grill to hold itself in the basket. I was about to remove them forcefully before giving it a try with them on.
It came with obvious and visible signs of wear, no instructions, and no recipe book as advertised ... exactly what are they doing over at BBB!

Highly recommend the Power XL
Got this for my dad for Christmas, and he has loved it. He doesn't have a lot of counter space so didn't want to get him a larger size. Most of the time he's cooking for 1 so this really fit the bill.
Either if you love to cook or not a real big fan of it, if you buy the Vortex Air Fryer you would show the world just how great a cook you truly are. No one can go wrong with this fryer - the best air fryer on the market today. It has made my husband into the best "Chef" in the world. He prepares just about all our dinner meals with the fryer. If you don't own one of these fryers, you have no idea how easy it makes your life. BEST EVER AIR FRYER ON THE MARKET.

Don’t know what all the shouting is about. Have tried several recipes and have found my toaster oven does a better job. Just put it back in the cupboard this morning. Will probably give it away.
WE just started to use this product although I bought it in late October. It keeps talking about a fry tray and there is not one included! I have the box and everything but there is no fry tray. How do I get one for this product?

Great for small quantities. Perfect for small kitchens (there’s just not enough space to stow some of the larger size air fryers!)… also random but this thing is SO LOUD when you push the buttons, the cooking itself isn’t loud by my god the buttons are like sirens, I gotta see about muting this thing
If I had known how small this item was, I would not have purchased it. A two-quart pot is just fine for one but I still use the oven when "frying" items for my dinner. I wish I has a Bed, Bath and Beyond store where I could have looked at the Power XL units.
