The only issue I have with this grill is the top grate sticking. I’ve used oil and spray oil but still sticks. Any suggestions.?
I like the grill. It's nice and convenient. I love how it come apart for easy cleaning but the silver pan is very sharp and I sliced my fingers up while washing it. There is no warning. there needs to be a recall on this and remade to not be as sharp. This is the only reason I am giving 3 stars and not 5.

The product is easy to use and somewhat harder to clean. I've purchased some cleaner and a tool to use it for from Bed Bath & Beyond.
This is second time purchasing this grill. The first lasted less than one year. Think the fan broke down and there's no replacement parts. We liked the way it cooked so much that we are trying a second time. Think the fan has been improved - hope so. Grill makes great grilled cheese sandwiches, hot dogs, steaks, and chicken. Haven't tried veggies yet.
Really like this appliance and it is a light weigh item which is perfect for me. In it's package, a free griddle is offered but you have to pay for shipping. That is not the problem but they canceled my order and I am having a difficult time reaching them to see if I can reorder when they have restocked griddles, I have only used it once grilling steaks but it will be interesting when I grill seafood. It is worth the buy.

This grill takes forever to heat up. I tried grilling chicken on it at the recommended temperature, and an hour and a half later, I'm still grilling it. I turned it up to 400 just to get it to cook. It tasted tough on the outside and barely done on the inside. The concept of grilling inside is a nice thought, but let's face it- you just can't do that.
