These are great for freezing small portions, worked really well.

Easy to freeze leftovers in a perfect size to use later - already pre-measured.. Easy to clean.

Easy to use and clean. I use this to freeze the portion of things like Chicken or Beef Stock left over when opening a container. When I need it next time I can pull out one portion and not have to open another container - and it is already measured for me so I don't have to thaw it before adding to my dish.

These are a nice product. I use them to freeze leftover ingredients when I’m cooking. They have helped me be less wasteful and have saved me some extra trips to the grocery store. It’s also nice that they are clearly labeled with the portion size. The only down side is that it’s a little hard to get frozen ingredients out of the tray, just like any ice cube tray.

When I open a big can of pumpkin pure - if I don't use it all-this is where I store the remainder. There are 1/2 c. markings in each cup. After freezing - slides right out into a freezer bag. The nice quality silicone lid gets a little gap after freezing; but, I don't mind since I'm emptying it to use for something else. Quick rinse w/warm water.

I like the fact that you can freeze food in portions. Easy to pop out like ice cubes. I leave them overnight then transfer to foodsaver bags. Makes it easier especially with liquid items. The best product I’ve bought.

I finally used this. I put left over enchilada sauce in it. I was afraid the sauce would stain but it came right out. So far so good. They popped out easily. I know exactly how much sauce I have for the next batch. I probably will get the cup size next. I've been known to put things in sandwich bags to freeze:) Hard to get out doing that. This is so much better. Freeze and then store in a freezer bag.
