Meal prep perfection! These are great for making smoothie cubes and preserving herbs. I can never use all my fresh herbs before they go bad. This saves time and money allowing me to make olive oil and butter herb cubes. Just toss one in a pan before cooking and you’ll always have fresh herbs on hand.
The lid doesn't stay closed. The tray is almost longer than my freezer shelf. Hard to fit in my freezer

But it has a problem! It needs a soft squishy bottom to pop out what you froze.
Perfect for when I have to open a large can of something like spaghetti sauce or whatever and cannot use it all, I freeze the leftover portion in this pre-meassured tray then pop them out and put into a baggie in the freezer. Next time I need a little of whatever I do not have to open a big can or jar and I just count out how many I need at the time. Easy to clean.

Easy to use and clean. Great for freezing small portions of ingredients for future use. Store in a baggie and just pull our the amount you need. Great for when you just need a small amount of something - you don't have to thaw out the whole package.
I will update once used but sad that one of the pieces is cracked thru the length of it... Box was not damaged ...
I LOVE making pesto and always find myself with extra. I've put it away in mason jars but if I don't use it right away, it will still turn. This is exactly what I was looking for. They are much more spacious than ice cube trays (2 tablespoons worth for each) and the cover keeps it fresh.
Perfect for freezing fresh homegrown herbs.
These were perfect for my Pesto before the end of basil season
