My Daughter had one. I was at her house for breakfast, and she was using this. I loved the way it worked and quickly went to Bed a Bath and Beyond to purchase it. Turns out it wasn't in the store, but they ordered one for me with free shipping! My Husband and I love it!
Don't waste your money if you think this product will cut Sweet Potatoes. Pushed out the cheap blades on first try. No replacement parts available.

Fell apart after only a few uses.
The construction of Metal is Ideal! But, there's no way to run a knife to cube the potatoes.
First use out of the box, I did 2 potatoes and a carrot. It was bent and couldn’t be straightened out. Buy the $20 plastic one. Has it for 2 years before it died.
I live my potato fries slicer! It saves so much prep time!!
this works okay..sometimes its hard to get the potato thru
Blades bent within the 1st 10 uses
Second time I used it the julienne blade bent in two sections. When I E-mailed customer service I was told they are all working from home by computer. Therefore I was not able to talk to some one. Said if I sent them the sales receipt they would consider replacing the blade which I chose not to do. They did send me a price list for the part. I am old school, like to talk to a person. Also like a better made product. Paid too much for this poor prodcut.
Seemed to work great but then one of the blades broke. Can’t seem to find any replacement parts
