These actually work. I always used to use those plastic tubs that greens come in when you buy them at Wegmans or wherever. I would add a paper towel to improve the longevity of my greens. But in the summer time I would reuse these for home-grown greens and local farms' greens. They'd last about six days if I changed the papertowel to a fresh one every day. I think the papertowel works by helping give the excess gas build up somewhere to go and by keeping the greens away from the plastic somewhat. With these produce keepers I'm able to keep sensitive greens like cilantro fresh for over a week. I was never able to keep cilantro longer than three days before, even if I put it in a glass jar with water in the fridge or on the counter or wrapped in a paper towel or put it in the fridge drawer. None of that gave me more than three days. But with a produce keeper? I'm going 10 days strong! Lettuce can be kept two weeks, give or take, depending on the type. Sometimes longer. I'm really, really impressed and pleased. The only downsides are washing and storage. I decided to keep mine on top of my fridge in a single stack. They're not too hard to clean, but they have three separate parts and take up a lot of drying wrack space.
I bought 2 small 1 large. 1 small container would not open & the handle & lid broke when trying. The writing on a lid wore off. Condensations always on the inside with fruit. The look is very nice but not worth the $$

I saw these used on social media by diehard organizers over and over. I loved the way they got the produce up out of drawers and onto eye level. They also are uniform and stackable. You can customize whether the produce gets moisture or stays dry, gets ventilation or is air tight—and the handy guide on the top lets you the right configuration for each kind of produce. Recommend.
Love this item. Finally something to keep my celery and lettuce fresh longer. Works so well. Will pay for itself in short order, as will have fresh produce in fridge instead having to buy more too often.

If you follow the instructions about what to do in terms of opening/closing vents and whether or not to add water, things last a long time. Salad and spinach and sprouts have lasted 2 weeks, same for Berries. The mushrooms I bought and sliced a few weeks ago are still fine. Amazing! Just follow the directions :) If you use water, put it in the grey tray and wipe the clear part clean so the produce is not sitting on any water directly. Amazing containers.
These work as advertised keeping even my romaine lettuce and celery fresh and crunchy up to 3+ weeks!
I LOVE these. Strawberries lasted two weeks, cucumbers one, cherry tomatoes forever, and in the bigger ones I already have, lettuce and spinach last two weeks! Totally saves money and time. Read the directions and add water or not, open vents or not as directed :) I keep getting more of these because my fruits and veggies love them!
