We love our new home water dispenser. We have a water delivery service and I was sick of paying $7 a month to rent a big clunky loud machine. This is perfect. Water is room temp, which we don't mind, and it can be cleaned in the dishwasher. Bonus.
Very well constructed. Problem is that in my case, the valve releases the water to slowly and my only suggestion for it is to change the valve to remain on rather than required to be pushed in and held to fill the container. I am rather old and my strength is limited so that pushing the valve release is difficult for me as I always fill larger containers that are a minimum of 1/2 a gallon.

the weight is very good,the color and materials are excellent
Pours water out slow and this unit I received hads a leak from the bottom and Spilled Out on my kitchen counter.
I love this. I have it in my cubical at work on a file cabinet. Does not take up much space.
I like the fact that it sits on the counter and requires no power/battery; however, I don't like that it doesn't keep the water cold and you can only pump out about 16 oz of water then it stops and won't let you get any more.
I have been trying to get in touch with Bed bath and Beyond for over a week, with no luck. It seems that the seam separated around the whole perimeter and now it is useless. If you put a bottle on top it just slowly leaks all over the table.

flaw in design? but air/water bubbles make this device stall out mid-use pausing. beiching and gurgling just to fill a gas of water.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have this water dispenser on my countertop and I enjoy it. It was easy to purchase the container and get the refills. The dispenser is a one push bottom with great tasting water. The nice is I no longer have disposable water bottles all over the house and we can use our reusable water bottles all day long.
