I like this water cooler because you do not have to lift the bottle water. It syphons practically all of the water from the bottle. Not like another brand we had that would also make a beeping sound when there was still 1 cup of water left in the bottle. This one lets you know with a blinking red light. It's much quiet then the other cooler. I only wish it had a light above the spigot so if you are getting water at night you do not need to turn on the lights. It has Hot & Cold features which we really love as well. I would definitely recommend this cooler for the price especially for the free shipping to Hawaii which was a A+++. Not too many companies offer that to Honolulu, HI. I love Bed Bath and Beyond!!!
This water cooler worked less than THREE full months before it quit working completely. The volume of water it put out decreased to about half the quantity in the first month and then it quit cooling in late July. We'd say this one is pretty useless!

Within the first few days of use, the hot water was no longer hot. Shortly afterward the cold was no longer cold. Also, the “empty bottle” light flashes when the bottle is still full. Opening and closing the door stops the indicator from flashing but only temporarily. We tried all of the suggested remedies but to no avail. Primo is replacing the unit. We shall see if the next one is any better.

This dispenser works well at first. I have owned three of them. Each one lasted 2 years before the compress stopped working. Will never buy this brand again. If you wonder why I purchased 3 of them , every time the dispenser stopped working I called primos CS, they would tell you that the dispenser is no good and offer you a discount on a new one. It was easy to order a new one. Never again. 3 times a fool
Saves us from buying bottled water! Great look and it does the job. I give it 4 stars though because I noticed that the cold isn’t super cold so cool is like room temperature and cold is more like cool. I’ve seen this product used at my job before so I expected cold to be really cold.
Works great! Buy it online, and they delivered well packaged. Warm water and cold water work better than what I expected. Yes I recommend this item!
This water dispenser is easy to use. Haven’t had any issues. I drink tons of water and was also looking for a way to reduce plastic. Great solution !
I ordered this product online and once it arrived I opened it. To my horror it was scratched up and the water tray was dirty! This was not a new water dispenser. Also where the water jug sat you could see scratches as if there had been jugs in the multiple times! Not happy! Walmart here I come!
This is our 2nd dispenser. We purchased one so our dogs could have water in this Florida heat. We re-piped and pipes are in the roof. I use my reverse osmosis water and it works good. Never had a problem with either units. Highly recommend
