I puschased these 2 Christmas' ago for my grandmother, and she L-O-V-E-S them. Everytime I see her she mentions how wonderful the bowls are to mix in and store food, and she also states she doesnt know how she lived without them. It is the gift that keeps on giving for sure.
I agree with previous reviews, however after a year of usage the covers have expanded and no longer seal tight. They are so loose that one can not put a covered bowl in the fridge without spilling the soup leaking from under the cover. I suspect it is a result of dishwasher/microwave cycles.

I use these to prep, store and serve. My kitchen set up wouldn’t be complete without them!

Purchased for a wedding gift and they loved the bowls
Literally purchased these in store (Glendale, CO) today. Box was fully sealed, brand new. It had all 3 sized lids but only 2 of the 3 bowls (missing the smallest bowl). What the heck!! How does that happen. Now I have to drive another hour round trip to exchange.

I thought they would be handy to have around, but I use them all the time. The sizes are great and the covers mean I can prep, store and serve in the same bowl.
OK except the shape and weight of them bend the dishwasher rack tines... a lot. Not something I want to do repeatedly.

This is a great set of mixing bowls with lids that seal well. Quality made product! would definitely purchase more as needed.
I purchased these bowls a number of years ago at the store which really helps to be able to see what you're buying.I got a new set on line because I knew exactly what I was getting.I used the first set MANY,MANY times so it is no surprise to me that the lids slightly stretched out.That was the only downfall of them & would say it's not a deal breaker.The real reason I got a new set was because I do a lot of cooking & basically needed new microwavable bowls.I pretty much use them everday.Highly recommend them & the price is just right.
