quip Metal Electric Toothbrush in Copper

Less than 3 months after receiving the quip brush, it's failing. I've replaced the battery but it either does not stay on after pressing the button, or just doesn't turn on at all. On top of that, I'm not that impressed with the level of vibrations - it's far weaker than the bigger names out there. I'm honestly so tired of electric toothbrushes all failing shortly after the warranty period ends. I guess I'm going to dispose of an electric toothbrush once a year because that's just their lifespan. Sad that this didn't work out.

We've had these now for well over 1½ years. Absolutely love the results. The flavor of the toothpaste & mouthwash is great too! With other electronic toothbrushes in the past we found they were just a bit too harsh. Quip is just right in its intensity & provides really clean teeth!

After a few months of using the toothbrush I was disappointed. It is a essentially a vibrating normal toothbrush and lacks the impact of a true rotating electric toothbrush. I did not feel like it was as effective as previous electric toothbrushes I have tried. That being said, the subscription is nice and the other add on products were up to par.

I love the look and feel of this toothbrush. It makes me want to spend extra time brushing -- especially on those front teeth that have been fused after straightening. The toothpaste tastes good, but I'm not sure just a "pea size" is enough! Not sure my tube will last until my next refill.

I liked the brush initially, and I love the concept of low waste, however, I'm not impressed anymore. The last several months I have gotten my shipment after almost 20 business days and the tracking numbers never actually track the packages. Even with COVID shipping delays (which really shouldn't be an excuse anymore), this is extremely frustrating and I don't understand how it could consistently be this bad. With it being 2023, shipping within the US should not take more than a week. Especially when I have received packages from Europe faster than this. If you can get past the awful shipping, the quality of the brushes have been drastically lowered since I initially purchased. I paid extra for the bluetooth brush to earn free refills like were advertised (very falsely I might add), and the other rewards are extremely disappointing. The products cost enough and they have enough customers to provide better service and products than this. Although it really shouldn't matter how many customers a company has, they should strive to make the best products and provide the best customer service regardless. Definitely seems like they lowered their standards over the last couple years.

The toothbrush is fine. Two big negatives: 1) It's difficult to swap the heads out, just a fiddly messy experience, not nearly as user-friendly as the brush itself. 2) I bought this in part to reduce the waste involved in throwing out plastic toothbrushes constantly. But it's not possible to buy the replacement heads, as needed (ie not a subscription) WITHOUT also getting the battery and toothpaste. The battery is fine I guess, I can use it. But my whole family hates the toothpaste so it all just feels so wasteful. I hate to say it but our 4 quips will probably end up in the landfill.

quip oral care products are a big improvement over others that I have used!

First of all, if a toothbrush can be good-looking, this one takes the cake. It's modern, sleek, compact and have great portability. The only downside I have found thus far is that the vibration is very low, which sort of defeats the purpose of an electric toothbrush.
