After my mom and Dad loved the ones they got from their Dentist I decided to get one for myself!!! And I am so glad I did it travels well with the case it comes in and if ur a homebody u can always stick it to ur bathroom mirror Ect.
Curiously I bought a toothbrush, my teeth doesn’t feel clean even after using it. I feel it’s not cleaning between my teeth! I tried to get a refund - the company said no, so I sent it back anyways. I don’t care what they do with it, what am I gonna use it for? I’m sticking with Phillips Sonic Care. That is all.

Replacing the brush head and battery is so unbelievably difficult for me. I followed the instructions that came with the toothbrush and ended up breaking it after a few months, which isn't covered under the warranty. Not worth it. Seriously, don't buy this toothbrush.

I’ve been a quip user for 2+ years now and I’m extremely happy with the product, I really don’t have any complaints. It’s pretty basic but it gets the job done and the refills are great! However, my husband and I have a backlog of refills (shhh we know) and so I wanted to have only 1 refill come while we whittle down our supply - plus it saves money. Trying to cancel a plan on my phone was an excruciatingly tedious process that was clearly designed to be inconvenient to discourage such a thing. That’s why I’m docking a star for each - it’s that ridiculous! I should be able to hit cancel and that’s it. Not individually remove each item in my bundled subscription and confirm 3 separate times I’m cancelling.

Toothbrush company that pretends to be a tech company. Of course, you need that subscription, the ARR to get VC hyped. Quip doesn't allow you to purchase toothbrush replacements in batches for that simple reason. They would rather waste more mailing overhead, putting an extra battery that you don't need in the package. Bye.

The design of the brush is nice, but thats about it. The battery life has been about half what is advertised. For context I brush twice a day, so I am not using it more than normal. Also the head comes off mid-brush which causes the brush to turn off. The on/off button works some of the time (probably due to the heads easily popping off). Vibration is nice, but I can't imagine it really does that much to improve brushing.

For the price of this product I expected some rotation of the head bristles. Instead it just kind of weakly vibrates.

I really wanted these to be awesome, seemed so perfect. I've had 6 of these fail, some way too soon. I've given them several opportunities to replace them. The last unit broke within 2 weeks. It's just flawed design. Hit me up when you get it right.

I have the gold handle quip for myself. It’s really the best electric toothbrush. The pulsing is firm but still gentle and it’s not noisy. I ordered the slate for my husband . His stopped working after 2 weeks. I have to get in touch with customer service this week. He did really like his brush when he started using it.
