I'm on my fifth sponge now and have to say I loved the previous ones,but last weekend I bought a new one and it's totally different!! I don't know why the composition of the sponge has been changed but it's absolutely useless for applying my makeup,it just smears it all over without blending it into the skin...just awful. While the old sponges felt good quality and felt like memory foam the new one feels like a porous. cheap discount store sponge,think i'll have to shop around to find a different brand from now on.... I'm giving 3 stars,it would have been 5 until i bought the latest one but the 3 stars are for the old ones,no stars for the new.....

Bought this sponge and I wash my sponges before use the first time. The orange dye coloring drained off them in the sink. I had to wash several times with a gentle face soap to stop the color coming off the sponge.

For the first time in years, I'm happy with how my face is done. For liquid foundation, make sure you use it damp, apply with a patting motion, start with the nose area, and work your way outwards. Well worth the money.

Thought this product would be good, but it ended up getting tears after the first wash, and I was very gentle with it. You are supposed to wash this kind of product after every use, so I don't see how this sponge will stay together/ stay smooth.

Bought this yesterday, gave it a wash before using & it has split in 3 places. Really not impressed at all & very disappointed with Real Techniques.

So I've been using this sponge for years, overall I loved it. But ever since the packaging changed to pink the sponge has changed... And not in a good way. So because of this I don't know how to rate this. Old sponge 10 stars! New sponge went in the trash. Please bring back old formula!!!

I bought this about 2-3 weeks ago and used it once before it ripped in half. Total waste and not the same quality as the previous one. This one was not as soft and the quality sucked.
