Redi Shade 48-Inch x 72-Inch Room Darkening Cordless Paper Window Shade in Dark Grey

Put it up yesterday and already fell off today.

These room darkening shades really do the job. They are easy to Puy up, no tools required. Really like them, now I can take a nap during the afternoon.

I purchased three of these shades online for store pickup. Although I received an email stating they were ready for pickup, the store didn’t have the blinds. Once I did get them, they all were damaged. They also didn’t stay up for even 24 hours because the double sided tape provided on the shades failed.

I have been using "Redi Shade" for the past 10 years, and they are on: South as well as West-facing windows, and llook as great as the day I first put them Up! They are easy to "trim" to your window's width using an "X-acto knife." The adhesive strip stays Up without coming un-done regardless of the Heat and Ice outside your windows. I use mine: covering the windows, leaving a 12" space at the bottom in order to see the "weather" outside--and where I also put Colored glass bottles on my window sills! I like the "Dark Grey" color--although they look more "light grey-blue" when they're hanging from the window frame--shading that "Sunny and Bright Light" that can ruin your curtains. great for temporary privacy

I searched high and low and found these shades for 1/4 of the price on Amazon. They are perfert for our bedroom!

Just needed was a shade to go behind the blinds, We have 3 windows in our bedroom, and the blinds let in too much light. Just needed to darken the room a little and it did that. I purchased two because they were a good price, but only put up one so far, and it has already helped. They were too wide, but very easy to trim. They are a peel and stick, so easy to install (after making sure the surface was clean).

My husband and I rent - so we wanted to update our blinds to better match our décor, but we also didn't want to invest in expensive blinds. These paper blinds are the PERFECT solution. The paper blinds are so thick that we do not need blackout drapes. They do tend to straighten with gravity, but it's easy to fold up to modify the amount of light that shows. There are definitely some drawbacks (blinds straighten, etc.), but the price/value makes these issues more than reasonable. Other reviews talked about how the adhesive loosens over time, so we opted to use a staple gun to reinforce the adhesive and we haven't had a problem after (nearly) 6 months.
