I have a floor model steamer which I like very much. I bought this one to take on a cruise. Easy to carry, fits in the suitcase, and does the job. It's also very handy when one wants to steam drapes or curtains, even tablecloths. The floor model doesn't work nearly as well on the household linens as the handheld. It's fairly new, so I can't speak to its performance over time; but for now, it works great.
It didn't work well on my bed skirt or clothing at first I was going to return it. Then I read one of the reviews that said how much it worked with the brush attachment. What a difference most of the wrinkles on my cotton tops came out nicely!

This product is horrible, it doesn’t work at all. Steam doesn’t come out, it doesn’t indicate that it is on. It doesn’t work.

The motor gets extremely hot but the steam isn’t coming out. Pretty sure I got a defected steamer.

It's small enough for travel, size of water tank is for one blouse (great for me), get wrinkles out easily - perfect!
