This set is the best-executed food (and other) STORAGE containers that I have seen in 50 years. It is obvious which lid goes with which container, and the containers nest in the cabinet or stack neatly in the refrigerator with the lids on. Unless you want glass containers for a particular reason, this set is the one to get. We threw out all of the other containers that had accumulated over the years after we used these. Note that this set is for "food storage", not "food transport." Use the right type of container for the right job. If you want something to put soup or broth in that will be carried in a lunch bag or possibly turned on its side or upside down, then obtain a specialty container that has a gasket with a locking lid for just this purpose. Otherwise, for general storage, this set can't be beat.
I love the stackable lids other than that the bottoms stain and show wear after you’ve used them in the microwave.

Bought as a gift for daughter. She has had them before and wanted more.
The plastic containers are a cloudy, translucent plastic, not the clear plastic they advertise. The lids are an ugly , dusty blue. They came in busted up cartons held together with shipping tape. Not at all conducive to gift giving. Terribly disappointed. Will be returning these.
I didnt recieve the storage bowls
They stack beautifully. Nice variety of sizes. Delivery was prompt
Ordered online and love the rubbermaid storage set. I cleaned out my cupboards, pitched the previous containers and will only use these. Stack well, more room in my cupboard, seal great and freeze items well, too. I would buy another set in the future if needed.
I have a lot of Flex&Seal containers already, some from about 10 years ago and some from about 5 years ago. They're great and I can barely tell the 5 and 10 year containers from each other, so I was happy to order more to get more of the sizes I want. Unfortunate that I couldn't just get the ones I want but I decided to get the set anyway. Well, the quality is visibly worse than the ones I already own. The old ones are very hardy and totally clear. The new ones are bendier/softer and cloudy. I don't think I've ever had one break but with these new ones I'm kind of worried about it. Guess that's why the price is so low. The lids seem the same at least. But the containers are noticeably worse.
