Cant beat the look and the fabric quality and finish is great. However, the wood frame needs to be of better quality. Too many cracks and breaks in the wood and seemed too burdensome to request replacement parts. So here we are stuck with the cracked wood. Overall, has real potential to be a good set.

I am so happy I went with this set. After reading the negative reviews I almost didn’t but I had to see for myself and I am so glad I did. Although the pieces weren’t labeled, a little common sense goes a long way lol. The set was very easy to put together, I don’t think it even took me an hour. There was nothing broken or missing and the cushions are beautiful and bright white and they are quite comfortable. I hope this set lasts at least a couple of years because I love it and would definitely buy it all over again.

I have never received anything in poor of shape as this item. Every single item was damaged. The wood was split in several places and sloppily glued back together. There was a giant water stain on the table, and the legs were jagged and cut incorrectly. Every single white cushion had both pen marks and dirt (was it feces?) And then, there was blood. All over the wood. The worst part? It took me several hours of talking to customer service to get a refund - after being minimized and given the runaround. Yikes! Never again.

The item looks gorgeous and thought it would be a welcomed addition to our patio. It was advertised as "available", only to discover after placing the order that the item was not in stock and took almost two weeks to ship. We finally got the item and one of the wood leg pieces was broken. Item was sent back for a refund after a heavy session of unpacking and packing.

Very simply made with poor woodworking, especially in the finish. Chair structure, i.e. the wood of the chair was split in crucial areas. The furniture's upholstery is adequate, looks O.K., although it requires special care, instead of just being washable. The decor pillows are good looking but came out of the SEALED plastic bag already soiled! Overall; quite disappointed. FKH
