This is a great steamer - not only is it beautiful with its chrome finishes (which I could not tell from the picture), but it is built with high quality products. The thick hose didn't get hot even after 30 minutes of steaming, the hanger has a notch to hang the nozzle (very smart!) and the two solid poles keep your clothes in place as you steam. I also love the convenience of the foot pedals and the retractable cord. One thing to note is that the machine has a high and low setting, indicated by a light on the front of the unit - orange means high and red means low (i had to call to figure that out). i highly recommend this product.
After reading all the reviews plus family & friends telling me how they loved their steamers-I decided to give it a shot! Being an avid iron-er, I was hoping this would be a good 2nd runner up. However-sadly it didn't cut it for me. I was looking for that nice crisp look & after steaming the items-they looked like they came out of the dryer. Not the nice crisp look I was looking for. You can't put seams on anything like with an iron. So if you like that look-this machine won't get it for you! A few shirts that were a blend of material did look ok-but the 100% cotton were another story. They still needed an iron over them to get that "out of the dryer" look gone. I was disappointed that I couldn't get my husband's shorts to look ready to wear. They still needed an iron over them-so I thought why do I want double work? I thought about keeping the steamer for the items it would work on-but my back hurt so bad after 30 mins. of bending over to steam. We had the steamer at the highest height, but it still wasn't high enough to steam the bottoms of XL-men's shirts-I had to bend over to get the bottoms. I thought it's just not worth the back ache so I returned it. Back to ironing for me! The machine is well made & a good value but I didn't get the results I was hoping for.

This started to leak after about 5 months of using. Damaged my hardwood floors. I could not return because I waited too long but I strongly advise not to buy it if you have hardwood floors. Mine are damaged from this steamer.
1- it doesn't get wrinkles out (my cheaper one worked way better) 2- the clip on the nozzle catches on clothes while steaming 3- the wheels don't turn and the steamer is enormous 4- it leaks on the floor
After a few months, the steamer started to leak on the floor when using, leaving a puddle on my hardwood floors. It also just doesn't work as well as other steamers I've had in the past that were less expensive. I do not recommend this steamer.

Amazed at how quick and easy removed all wrinkles. Only one issue; my pants will not stay on the clips while I am steaming them.
I haven't been able to really use it fully yet, but I have used it on a few things. It is seems very sturdy and I have no trouble with its ability to steam etc... Not sure the pleating tool works the way I would expect, but I'm not against using an iron for specific creases if needed. I purchased this mostly to freshen up stale smelling clothes that aren't exactly machine washable and It so far worked on what I have tried it on.
After waiting at least 10 minutes a small amount of steam started for a short period of time. Then, nothing. It started again with a small amount and then stopped.
This is the 3rd steamer I've owned, first of this brand and I would not recommend it. Wheels don't turn so you have to pick it up and carry which causes water to leak out EVERY single time it's used
