SALT™ Bedding Protection Bundle Twin XL

The zipper broke in October and was opened and used in August for my sons bed in his dorm. That is too short of a time to be broken.

This is a great, well priced set with one pro l that I recommend they fix. The bedbug cover fits with room to spare as well as the pillow cover. However, the mattress pad that is supposed to hold everything together does not fit a deep mattress at all. So when we put it on, it only came about halfway down the mattress! It was move in day at the dorm so there wasn’t time to do anything but keep it and at this price we decided to give it a try. I’ll ask my student when we visit in a few weeks if there is any problem because it doesn’t go all the way down the mattress. I was hoping this would be something to hold everything under it together and it does not do that with the shallow sides. If you are putting it over a mattress topper that is something to keep in mind.

I purchased online and picked up in a store near college. It was in different packaging than expected and had clearly been taken out and shoved back in. I was in a pinch and forced to work with the product. When we did remove from packaging not only was product wrinkled but had hair on it. With little option, we washed and moved forward. It is hard to recommend the product given this likely unique situation. My advice is have a back up plan.

Bought this set for out-of-state freshman without the chance to see in person. I like that it has a bedbug protector cover that zips up the entire mattress and a separate mattress pad over. Pillow protector is a bonus. Important thing is they fit the dorm mattress. Happy mom. Good value.

Not sure how good the bundle is because I purchased as “Trunk Party” gifts. I always give the graduate this because most people don’t think iof bed bugs. I have purchased this item under a different brand in the past that was expensive but worth it. What attracted me to this bundle was the fact it had not only the bed bug cover, but mattress pad and pillow cover at the same price. It was packaged for travel. I also caught it on sale at a ridiculously low price so I took all of them that were left.
