Ok, so for us these ARE 100% blackout & 100% at keeping the heat OUT. Our sliding glass doors face the east plus, we also live in FL,, so every sunny morning, for many hours, that window is hit with intense heat. Our room is cooler. We have tried SO MANY other types of blackout curtains, some with the name that "covers" the sun & others that claim 100% total blackout. So far NO success, until we purchased these <3 <3. We purchased these inside the store & we were not even there for curtains. Theses were hanging in a center column & for the price, i figured why not, plus i could bring them back if needed. We put them up & we noticed a HUGE difference the next morning. We wish these came in a shorter version to put on our living room windows, they face the west. I do think that the width is just a bit OFF, because we barley have any of the curtains on the sides & we had to secure them to the walls, so it keeps all light out from the sides. I am getting 2 more sets to send to my adult children for their homes. BEST Black Out Panels We have Ever Purchased :D!!!
Love the curtains, they are good quality, but the description says each panel is 37” wide. They measure 34” out of the box. Very unfortunate.

They do everything it says they would. Great purchase !
Bought these for my daughter's bedroom. The color was great, as well as the black-out effect. NOTE: In order to get the wrinkles out I washed them and then lightly ironed them on the back side.
For the prices, color and style, these drapes are wonderful. I l liked them so much, that I now have them in all the downstairs living areas (family, living, dining rooms and, kitchen dinette sliders to our deck. I have all the same neutral color. Well worth the price, design and color.

I NEEDED ANOTHER PAIR OF ROOM DARKENING CURTAINS FOR MY BEDROOM & THESE DO THE TRICK & THEY ARE PRETTY TO. NOW IM THINKING ABOUT PAINTING THE BEDROOM TO GIVE MY ROOM AN UPDATE.
LOVE THE TWEED COLOR OF THESE CURTAINS & THEY DO A VERY GOOD JOB KEEPING THE SUN OUT. I LIKE IT DARK WHEN I SLEEP & THESE CURTAINS DO THE TRICK. + THEY WERE AN AWESOME PRICE.
These are perfect for our nursery. They are heavy, quality material and they block out all the light.

The drapes hang well and Do a good job keeping out the light . The only thing I was not happy about was the description. It said the colour was beige but it was really a light grey . They went with my decor so I kept them.
