This pillow was/is exactly what I've been searching for years for. I've had sciatica pain in my buttock and down my right leg for at least 10 years. I've had many, many medical test and tried many meds. Also many appointments at the Chiropractor. Nothing has seemed to help. And I'm talking at least 10 years of being in agony. Until I bought this scatica saddle pillow. I can now sit in my recliner all evening watching TV or work on my computer for hours. I even transfer to car when driving long distances. It has been an answer to my prayers. Finally some relief.

Not sure how to use pillow in order to relieve sciatic pain. There were no directions with pillow. Should I sit on broad end with narrow end pointing to front. Or sit with narrow end pointing toward back and broad end toward front?!? Instructions are needed to accompany pillow!

Firstly, the quality is very poor. It is not symmetrical! One side is bigger and puffier than the other. it works somewhat on a "flat" surface, such as our couch. But for our car seats, it does not help at all. I know it can depend on the "angle" one can adjust their car seat. For me it just not work. I was hoping it would be beneficial with long drives, but no such luck. As I took off all the tags too soon, I was not able to return.

I have been having severe sciatica flare ups and it is extremely painful to sit. I got this pillow, thinking it could be the answer. It has had the opposite effect. It is very hard and has created more pain rather than lessen it. I threw it away.

I'm sorry to say that this pillow didn't help me as I had hoped. Just because the product didn't help me, it doesn't mean it won't help someone else. I did not have lower back pain but I did have Sciatica pain.
