switched from down alternative to this for more weight and comfort and wow i noticed a big difference, so happy with it
I haven’t slept in it yet, but as I was putting it in it’s duvet cover, I stopped to read the tag that said Dry Clean Only. I bought this particular one because it said machine washable in the description. What an inconvenience. Keeping it because I already threw my other comforter in the trash. Oh well. Hopefully it’s as comfortable to sleep in as I think it will be. Giving it 2 stars because of the misleading description.

People made comments that this comforter is really crunchy and loud…. I do not find this to be true. It’s not silent, but definitely not too crunchy to where I noticed at all and I can’t imagine that it would disturb even a light sleeper’s dreams. I think this totally feels true to mid-weight and is a great heaviness if you keep your house under 73 degrees, if your house gets much warmer than that it might get a little hot.

Bed bath and beyond — are you KIDDING me with this?? I received this comforter in the mail and it is paper thin and crunchy — literally makes sound with any movement. Horrible disappointment

We had this comforter on our registry.. been sleeping on it about a month- was about to wash it tonight and noticed a stitch on bottom by feet totally torn and feathers coming out. Expected more from a serta product- save your money- there is nothing we did to have this happen.

Much warmer than my previous down I had. Making it perfect for me. The only downfall is its a bit loud, when you move around. But that might go away after you wash it a couple times.

Looks and feels nice but there is a tag with big bold letters "DRY CLEAN ONLY". I would not have bought this had I known that. Info here online says Machine Washable

Very happy with this comforter duvet insert! It is exactly the type of weight and high quality I wanted for our guest room. Reminds me of high-end bedding from a 4 or 5 star hotel. Highly recommend!
