This is a firm pillow that is thick and heavy, but it is very comfortable. If you like a softer pillow, this one is not for you.

After weeks it still smells like body odor from the factory. I had to throw it away. What a waste of money.
Comfortable pillow but when opening from package, it smells like BO and after a few weeks still reeks. It is awful smelling and can’t even use it anymore.
This is very fluffy and thick pillow. It’s about 7” thick and doesn’t compress much.
I have bought 2 different types of pillows and these are the best I have ever slept upon

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Serta 300 TC White Down Fiber Pillow is surprisingly thick and comfortable. Normally I use two pillows when I sleep but with this pillow I only needed one. It supported my head and neck and I got a really great night sleep.
