We bought this Mattress a month ago, and everything was exceptional regarding all the buying and delivery experience, but unfortunately is not firm at all, it feels more like a plush to us. Also is very light and thin, I was really expecting for something with more structure.

I genuinely loved this mattress when I first got it. It was firm yet soft. But less than 3 weeks later, it is sagging in the areas that I sleep already. Mind you, I am a petite woman 5'2 and 110 pounds and it's only me who's been sleeping on this queen size mattress. I suppose it's my fault for buying an affordable mattress in the first place, but it's a life lesson learned at least. Definitely recommend to splurge for a high quality mattress. The little diamond tufts that I assume are part of the "Cool Twist Gel Foam" are deflated in the sagged areas and when I press down on these tufts vs areas that I haven't slept on, the areas I haven't slept on's tufts have noticeably more bounce. So maybe the rest of the mattress is fine and it's just the top layer that is wearing down. Anywho, I don't want to potentially deal with the hassle of an inspection and replacement fee so I'm thinking I'll try to find a mattress topper then rotate the mattress and put it on. That could possibly help slow down the sagging so it doesn't get worse. Then I'll put it in the guest bedroom where it won't get used much and get myself a new mattress from elsewhere.

Honestly, I'm a picky girl. Especially about my intimate & personal creature comforts. Nothing much more personal than my mattress. THIS MATTRESS IS MY NEW WOOBIE! I won't even stay over at friends' houses anymore bc I'm SO looking forward to climbing into my wonderful new Serene Sky Firm by Serta. 5 stars. I've been sleeping on mine 6 months & what a wonderful firm mattress! Coming from someone with a crippling bad back. Unbelievable! I sleep great and don't feel like I slept on the hard ground either. Hands down the best mattress I've ever owned. Thank you,Serta!

It is so comfortable, and my body doesn't ache in the morning like it used to. It cushions my body to where I don't feel pressure on my back or shoulders, but doesn't feel too firm. I'm usually really hot when I sleep, and I wake up feeling sweaty. This has really changed that, because it's so breathable and keeps me cooler. I love the quality; it's sewn with no loose strings or frayed fabric, and I think it will hold up against wear and tear and last a long time. I think it's a good mix that it has both coils and foam, because it provides great support while still feeling soft and comfy. Serta has always made great products, and this is no exception.

The mattress is on the firmer-side (about a 7 out of 10) which I like a lot. My previous mattress was very soft and I found that I much prefer the support that this mattress provides. Additionally, the build quality of the mattress is exceptional, and I believe this will last quite a while. Overall, very impressed!

I used this mattress for about 60 days, and I have to say the comfort is rather poor. The mattress leaves an imprint/dent of your body after a couple nights of sleep and it does not revert back. The only way to counter that is to move to different parts of the bed but that won't work if there are two people sleeping on it. Eventually your neck and back starts to hurt. Your whole body sinks except your head, so you neck will be in an uncomfortable position and it will hurt severely, pillows will make it worse. On another note, return was rather quick and I got, my money back no problem. I haven't tried the perfect sleeper but I believe you should try that one instead or just go with another brand if the price is too much,
