Shark AI Ultra 2-in-1 Robot Vacuum and Mop with Matrix Clean Navigation in Black

Zoe 2 has been my greatest friend. She never argues when I ask her to clean a room or rooms and always acts like she is happy to help me. We had a couple of problems which were caused by myself and quickly resolved. She does a much better job cleaning and mopping then I did and I thought I did a good job. I would highly recommend either of the mopping, cleaning models. I have both because of two levels and wouldn’t trade them for any other cleaning product. Love the self emptying model because you just don’t have to worry. Zoe2 does it all. All in all, don’t hesitate to own one or more, they are fabulous.

So far so good! Just had back surgery and cannot clean! We named her Rosey and she has kept my main area clean! Haven't mapped other levels yet.

I bought the Shark AI ultra 2-1 about 2 weeks ago and it is like changing. It was easy to set up and does a great job vacuuming and mopping. It had made our lives so much easier!

I work outside the home and my hours can be all over the place so I don't always want to spend my time vaccuming/cleaning up but I like a clean house. This feels like I'm able to set it whenever I need and I come home to a house that's cleaner than I left it. I think it does a pretty good job working around my furniture but I do think in mapping my space it missed a few corners. I haven't tried to use the mopping feature yet - I need to set the carpeted areas in the house so it knows that to vaccuum and what to mop. I love the idea of the mop SO much because of the cleanliness aspect (I hate mopping more than vacccumming) but the set up does feel time consuming. That's probably the biggest con - that it requires an app and set up and that all takes time. It's not a big deal to me but I can see how that would frustrate some people. You also need good wifi to have it work. I will say it's a little louder than I would have expected but I get used to it very quickly. I would have also loved the one that empties it's own filter - just one less step for me if everything about it is easy/hands off - but like I said everything else about it makes less work cleaning for me so that's a win.

I received the Shark AI Ultra 2-n-1 Robot about 2 wks ago. The mapping was pretty fast. The first clean vacuumed & mopped well, not as intricately as I would, but I’m a neat-freak. Having 14 orthopedic surgeries with the most recent total hip replacement on Oct 31st this has helped reduce my chores as well as pain. PROS: With LiDAR my robot explored, mapped and cleaned efficiently. This robot doesn’t “ram” into my furniture or walls. It knows where it mapped and has a good general sense of where to clean even if I forgot something on the floor (i.e., trash bin) The suction & roller brushes collect quite a bit of dirt/dust despite just cleaning 3-4 days ago. (And I live alone) CONS: The robot cannot travel across a carpeted area to a vinyl floor area without literally picking it up and moving it to that room. (This is when I select a single room) Shark should have a progress status either in percentage of left to clean or how much it has cleaned. Also Shark should have a map with the exact location during the process. All in all a good purchase. Older models don’t have all the features this possesses, so purchase this one and unless you wish to spend CONSIDERABLY more money for other brands/models.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve always wanted a robot vacuum, I wish I’d have gotten one sooner. Right out of the box I placed it on the base station and initiated set up. It was very easy to setup a new account in the app & to connect it to Wi-Fi. Vacuumed well & navigated the room ones mapped. Haven’t tried on my non carpeted areas yet in order to use the mop feature but excited to set up that next!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is so cool! I am so excited that I no longer need to vacuum by hand and that I can set the shark to vacuum and mop from work. This works so well! It picks up everything and I'm so happy that I don't need to go behind it with a vacuum. I also like that I can trust that my floors are clean after it mops! The mop pads are also washable and reusable! I also like that hair does not wrap around the vacuum anymore. I also like that it is mapped to my home. It also picks up cat hair very well! So happy with this and would absolutely recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have recently gotten to try this shark 2in1 robot vacuum. And I’ll start off by saying it’s super easy to set up to get it ready for use. It talked to me so tgat was a little surprising. I liked how it mapped my house. Even thought the mapping wasn’t perfect. I’m still struggling on how to add my carpets to the map. But overall I’m very pleased. It really helps with daily cleaning. Especially in a busy household!
