Unfortunately I had to return this item due to the suggested space, 3’ to each side plus 4’ in front of the base, on a bare floor. I wish that had been noted in the advertisement. I would love to be using this product.

As I have a dog that sheds, I am easily able to keep up with the dust bunnies. Goes under the beds and the other furniture. Has made my life easier. Very happy I bought this product.

Replaced an older version without the self empty. This product really gets my floors clean. I can't wait to use the wet mop, still trying to use the dry and keep the floors clean. So far, so great!

Need to be able to put the mapping on the IPad, so it’s big enough to see where you can correct its mistakes in ea. room, or around a rug.

Main advice - self cleaning/charging base must NOT be near black legged bar stools. Even with no-go zones surrounding them the robots locating phase gets lost. LIDAR does not handle black color objects. Once relocated to an area without black objects the robot is fairly good at moving to different zones around large home. Note; battery life is not suitable for cleaning large homes. We get around the by only cleaning one room at a time and cleaning zones over a 2 day span.

I purchased “my sparkle” a few weeks ago and so far I have mapped out my home and used the vac/mop feature. It works great and I’m pretty confident in the direction given I have followed, My only complaint is the app I downloaded to set up appears to be missing some features how do i get an app update?

One use for vacuuming and mopping..so far so good.
