[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this vacuum because it works great at cleaning up pet hair and it's cordless! I can't tell you how easy this is to use since it is cordless and lighweight. I can take it anywhere. It's even easy to take up and down the stairs! It actually makes vacuuming enjoyable for me. I don't have to worry about maneuvering it around a long cord which is always a pain. It can be used on a rug or hard floors with the two different settings with the switch of a button. It even has a turbo button for extra power when needed. That seems to work well on messy pet hair areas. It's easy to take apart to empty the dust canister or to add one of the two attachments it comes with. It can be made into a handvac for cleaning the inside of your car, upholstery or stairs. Again, not having a cord is amazing! The battery does have to be recharged for a couple of hours and the battery lasts up 40 minutes depending on the mode you use. The other very important factor of this vacuum is that the suction is indeed strong. It really does get up that pet hair. I have a dog and a cat that are constantly shedding year round. The hair really sticks to the carpets and this Shark Rocket Pet Pro Cordless Stick Vacuum does a phenomenal job at removing it! This is a great vacuum and I highly recommend it.
I purchased this unit in September 2019 to do touch ups between my robot cycles and what I found was that the rubber flaps that are supposed to be to keep hair from tangling actually packs lint and other debris in the back portion of the pick-up section of the vacuum. When I called Shark to make them aware they did not offer to provide an alternative replacement. So, it appears that their customer service isn't interesting in keeping their users in a Shark product. You can see what I am referring in the photo.

I got this through online order, wrapped for a Christmas gift and my daughter opened it and saw it was used! I have now return it first to see if she will like it.
I purchased this as my older Shark vacuum seemed to be losing suction and wanted to also try cordless. It is a bit top-heavy making it clumsy to store but I’ve learned to separate cannister from handle for storage. Like the light... haven’t had one for years and it does make a difference when vacuuming. I have just two rugs, and it seems to be doing ok on them, but still monitoring... I have a cocker spaniel who sheds a little. Good on hardwood floors and tile, base will rotate to get into tight spaces and under furniture. Haven’t tried for other cleaning yet. Price seemed fair compared to much more expensive models and brands.
It is great. It has so much power and get right up to the baseboard! Easy clean and no hair tangles
Bought this for my mother in law for quick pick up around the house. When we unpackaged she found it was too heavy for her to use. A motor is quite large. Never used so cannot speak to power but being returned
Suction is poor. I intend to return this vacuum.
It is exactly what I needed for my home. Without the huge price of a Dyson. Works great
Very impressive vacuum! Lightweight and hold a charge enough to do all the bedrooms.
Having only had this a couple weeks I can’t speak to the longevity of the product but I have been satisfied so far. The multi-tools helps to get specific types of debris and the powerful carpet mode function helps to pick up all the cat litter that gets distributed in my house. The battery is holding for a good amount of time to clean my 1,000 sf apartment all at one time
