Buying this product was a blessing, it brought my flioor back to normal.
If you have dogs in and out of the house. Easy clean up. Light weight and perfect. No back aches! Washable pads!

How do I get service on this product, it is less then a year old, and there is no steam, and you won't exchange it
THE PADS ARE GOOD, THEY DO A GOOD JOB, BUT THE MACINE'S (BFFER;S) HANDLE KEEPS ON FALLING OFF THE MACHINE ? WHICH MAKES IT HARD TP USE !
