[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Shark Navigator with the Lift-Away action is a great vacuum for me and my family. We love the fact that it is very light weight and lifts off of the base to clean all the high areas in the home I am talking about floor to ceiling cleaning you can go from carpet to hard wood to ceilings and even the walls! This captures 99.99 percent of all dust allergens which is a Hugh plus for our home. This machine is superb as it glides smoothly and has the clear pod or canister is a nice touch as I can see the dirt being picked up while it holds at least 20 cups of dirt. Being able to lift it off separately to empty the pod is a great feature. It has a light which makes it easy to see everything you’re picking up. It has the washable filters which is a big money savor I don’t ever have to worry about replacing the filter with good cleaning practices. The only drawback I have took from this vacuum is it doesn’t have a retractable cord But even this isn’t a big deal. I would highly recommend trying this vacuum for any busy lifestyle as it really does a fabulous job.
I didn't realize that this vacuum can't get any thing under a bed or low furniture. I thought you could take the tank off and a attach the metal tube to the floor part of the unit to clean under low items. Nope this model doesn't do that. So how do i vacuum under my bed? I switched from a canister to this so I wouldn't have to drag the canister around. You get three attachments but there is only two attachment holders.. The vacuum does a great job on the carpets but is no use otherwise. So disappointed. I would like to return and get the model that can vacuum under low items.

I was looking for a HEPA vacuum because of allergies. I am very happy with my new Shark Navigator. It does an excellent job cleaning both carpet and wood floors. It is light and easy to use. Cleaning the dust cup is a breeze. The best vacuum I've every had.

I bought this a couple weeks ago and this is my second time using it and it over heats in less then 5 minutes and locks. I don’t know if it’s just mine, because I’m not even able to vacuum one small room by the time it locks!!

Really enjoying this vacuum, it's exceeded expectations! Attachments are great. It's lightweight, moves well, and easy to use. It rolls smoothly and not too loud on hardwood, which is great for apartment life. Noticed a huge difference after one use on my floors. Highly recommend!
Did not last a year. Replaced original purchase within week for plush strip coming off on textured floor matt first use. Same happened with replacement and 9 months later, motor is fried.
Not happy feels cheap snd I can't have it on carpet switch or it just turns red and turns brush off. My other shark was so great previous this is nit a good model
