Shark Navigator® Lift-Away® Upright Vacuum

I've had this vacuum for almost 2 years now. The only issue I've had was that I had to replace the bottom hose because it started to Crack open a Lil bit. But that's from wear and tear. The new Jose on diamond cost me 11 bucks. So the replacement parts aren't even expensive. I use the vacuum appropriately 4 maybe even 5 times a day. Because I have little kids and of course the messes I have to clean up behind them. I've no had issues with shorting out or overheating, and the suction is absolutely wonderful. It's lightweight. No issues with trying to lug it up my stair case. Yhr attachments make it easy for me to clean my ceilings and curtains. It's the best vacuum I've ever purchased. Totally would recommend to all my family and friends.

The suction on this is the worst because it work perfect for a few months then gets really bad over the next few months when it’s too late to return.

I registered for this as a wedding gift, and it worked great during its short lifespan. I had the vacuum for 2.5 years and vacuumed a hardwood floor apartment with it. The bottom connecting hose cracked twice, which the part can be ordered online and replaced; however, the head shorted out and was told Shark does not sell much of its replacement parts for repair. Apparently they break fairly regularly. So if you're willing to pay 100 dollars for each year of its lifespan, it works I suppose.

Love just about everything! The swivel head is a plus, you can adjust the suction power and it can adjust to hard floor or carpet! Best vacuum I ever had. I only wish the cord was longer but that was an easy fix.

I had purchased this to replace another shark model I had for a few years. This model was a downgrade from the last so I didn't expect too much from it. I was wrong. It is definitely still a great vacuum for the price. Suction is superior to some of the more expensive models of shark I have tried, even. The one thing I do not like about shark vacuums is how easily they topple over when not in use. There's just not a good weight distribution. Otherwise, I think this is a great model to get without paying another hundred or more for a "better" model.

After our old shark vacuum broke (engine no longer worked), we decided to go for a cheaper version. Sadly, I discovered that maybe we should’ve invested in the same vacuum we had before. This one is heavier, louder, and doesn’t get the job done as well compared to the old one we owned. Frankly, I’m disappointed. But if you don’t have extra money to spare and are looking for a decent vacuum, this is it.

Nice and light. Good suction. But it tips over easily, so use caution that it does not tip and damage furniture.
