Shark® Rotator® Powered Lift-Away® with Self-Cleaning Brushroll Upright Vacuum

I've had Kirby's, Sears Canisters, Dirt Devils,and Hoovers, This has the power of a Kirby with amazing quick change versatility. I can truly use it as a cleaning tool because the attachments are so simple to click on and off. Switching between hardwood and carpet is just a switch on the handle. This is my second. I purchased a model in 2018 that just gave out after 5 kids, who abused it in a house with dogs and cats, stairs, hardwood, area rugs and wall to wall carpet. Think pick up the sock with the vacuum kids. It can overheat with this but turns itself off and when it cools down it works again. The old one had many attachments that work with the new one. That is why I didn't go for the more accessory model. I love the hardwood attachment that drymops while you vacuum. Doesn't come with this model though. The only downside is the bend in the handle going to the hose. This can get clogged with pet hair but this model is better at handling hair in the rotors. Time will tell. Well worth the price.

Shark vacuums are amazing. I own a cleaning company and have used several uprights and this shark ranks number two next to my Riccar. As long as you keep canister and filters empty and clean, you will never lose suction.

I bought a Shark Lift Away 10+ years ago and it's still going strong but the hose broke. I thought I'd treat myself and buy a new Shark. This vacuum is the worst. It doesn't pick up debris, the "self cleaning" feature just adds to its terrible performance and it's poorly designed. There's no suction at the bottom and no matter how much I troubleshoot and follow instructions I can't seem to restore the suction at the bottom. Do yourself a favor and do not purchase this or any other Shark. I'm disappointed because my old Shark served me so well for so long. I don't leave reviews but this product is terrible.

I absolutely love this vaccuum. I had the older model and just upgraded to this one. I was completely satisfied with the original and love this even more. Didn’t think that would even be possible. Highly recommend it!

Don't buy it. I used to love Shark Vacuums. I purchased an NV502 (the professional white & red one) in probably 2014 or so. The motorized floor nozzle got a hole in it so I decided just to buy a new one. I researched for several months to find the model right for us. I bought this one on November 15th 2021. It went together really easy and at first, I was pleased with it. I had been traveling for work so only my son was at home full-time. He used it exactly 3 times. The motorized floor nozzle just quit. The headlight went out & the brush roll stopped working all together. He cleaned it out every time he used it & we only have approx. 800 SF of carpet so it was getting minimal use & now doesn't work at all. Don't buy this vacuum - you'll end up with expensive junk just like I did. That advertised "warranty" is also worthless.

Thoughtfully designed to make this task easier. Much, much lighter and easier to drive than my old Hoover.

How can this vacuum stop working in three months and not be covered for return? VERY disappointing!
