Shark® Steam & Scrub with Steam Blaster® Technology

We have 2 pitty rescues that are 80lbs and 60 lbs. They track in mud and dirt depending on the weather. We do clean paws at the door but they still track stuff. So I purchased this to make it easier to keep clean. It does a great job and easy to use. We do use the 4 pads that came with it and get the floors all clean. But if you have a bigger home. You may have to inquire about more pads. I looked and never found where you can order more on website. So I'm not sure if you can. I will say if it does last a long time. I would purchase it again. So all in all, I'm very happy with it and tell others about it.

I have bought so many steamers in the past and this is my wish come true, IT REALLY WORKS. It was easy to handle and cleaned better than I expected.

This stream cleaner did not work on tiled floods even after going over a few times, I would like to return it. Why is Shark charging shipping and -10% restocking fee?

This little steam scrubber replaced a different type of floor steamer. The old one had a stationary mop head so the scrubbing motion was up to the user (me)! I use this the first time and was appalled at how dirty the the mop heads were. Decided to use it every day for a bit and do my floors look great! We have a dog, visiting dogs, a doggy door all leading into a mudroom hallway and kitchen area. All the tile is a very textured faux slate. The texture is the reason I couldn't get my floors really clean without killing myself with the scrubbing. This little guy does the scrubbing for me. It's very light weight and will run itself into baseboards if you don't hold onto it. This is not difficult, it really just takes a steadying second hand, mostly on the deep cleaning setting. And I must say, even when it does bump furniture or baseboards, it's very light and the mop heads are padded so no damage is done at all. If there's one thing I would add for an improvement, an indicator light or sound when the water tank is empty.

I bought this unit a month ago and when I clean with new pads it works goofy for about 10 minutes then the pad just stays swirling some of the dirt around and the pad isn’t even that dirty

The product is lightweight to handle and use. I liked its excellent performance. The capacity of the water tank is adequate to mop a substantial area without refilling. This requires distilled water (not sure why) and the floor to be vacuumed beforehand as it doesn't pick up dirt or hairs. It would be great to have a turn off button on the handle itself.

Fantastic purchase. Easy to use and very effective on removing stubborn stains on tile floor.

I've only owned for a couple of weeks, but I love it! It's so much easier to use than a mop and bucket. It pretty much cleans itself; you only have to guide it!
