[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I eagerly awaited the delivery of my shark as I have two dogs, four cats, and plenty of animal hair. I used the pet power brush on my recliner and it did an amazing job with the cat hair. I used the crevice tool between the cushions where cat litter seems to accumulate and that worked very well. I also used this item on my stairs. The pet power brush picked up a tremendous amount of hair and also a good bit of dirt from the stairs. I had been using an electric broom as the vacuum was too heavy and apparently it was leaving a good amount of dirt behind. The crevice tool worked really well on all of the stair edges. I tried the power brush and scrubber on the side of the couch where the cat likes to rub and it did not work very well. On upholstered items it works extremely well where there is cushioning but not as well where the fabric is just stretched across the frame. I still highly recommend this product as you can see from the pictures it did a fantastic job.

I got this as I've always been a fan of Shark products and to have this brand with a PET label on it, I thought it would be perfect for my non stop shedding dog hair that's everywhere. This item, while it has good suction just doesn't pick up dog hair. I have yet to find something that does. I wanted to use it on the couch but this too failed to do this. It's more quiet than other hand held ones I've seen. This would be more ideal for maybe light cleaning in a car.

I bought this exact handheld vacuum thinking it would be great to have in our RV. I have been terribly mistaken. The power button doesn’t want to work half of the time, and it throws more dust than it picks up. I will not be purchasing anything shark related

Worst handheld vacuum I’ve ever owned. Has very weak suction to the point where you think it sucked up the dirt and then you move the vacuum just to find that it fell back out the mouth of the vacuum.
I bought this a few weeks ago, and I vacuumed my car out, and it did a great job!

This handheld is AMAZING gets up dog hair in a snap. My only negative feedback is the trash bin could be larger. It has great power though and stylish.

was alittle disappointed with this Shark vacuum I do so much like the Shark brand and was a bit disappointed with the suction of the vacuum. I was not able to returned it to where I purchased so I will have to work with it. I waited a little too long to return it. nice product.
Purchased this handheld unit a little bit ago. After using it for about two weeks, it started to crack where the tools were attached. After talking with customer service, they told me I was being too rough putting in the crevis tool. The cost of the part is more than 1/2 of the total cost. I don't feel its worth buying the part being that the plastic seems very fragile.

Not happy with the Shark Ultra. The suction is very weak. I was very disappointed. So sorry I missed the return time.
This product is exactly what I was seeking. It's surprisingly powerful. Granted, it's not a full-fledged vacuum but for a hand vac, it's great. It easily picks up the type of things that I want to use a hand vac on. Plus, I was able to easily vacuum the inside of my car. Again, it wasn't perfect for that, but removed the larger stuff and makes the car cleaner until I take it to the car wash for a full detail.
