Shark® VACMOP™ Pro Cordless Hard Floor Vacuum Mop

I bought this two months ago and absolutely fell in love with it. The vacuum hose snapped and there is no way to reconnect it. Not sure if this is a common issue but I’m very disappointed. I’m having issues trying to find where/who yo contact to get a replacement. I would absolutely recommend this if the hose wasn’t an issue.

This is the second one I ordered after using my first one for a year because I loved it so much. I decided to get one just for the downstairs area and keep one upstairs. However, the one I just got didn’t have magnetic charging like my first! It came with a regular plug!! I love the magnetic charging as it makes it so much easier to put it back on charge. It’s so disappointing because the description clearly says it comes with magnetic charging!

This mopvac is amazing. I love that it picks the dirt up and stores it in the pad. I dont have to worry about emptying it and the dirt doesnt come back out while sweeping! I bought my first one over a year ago, it lasted about 6 months before I broke it. Then i bought another one and within a few months it also broke. Same place. It doesn't do well with turning into hard to reach spots. I wish these were cheaper so I could keep buying them!

I bought 2 because the first one I only used to clean small areas around the lunch table. Less than 6 months, the cable (plastic) broke. I bought the 2nd one, because the first one was super useful and easy to clean, but also, less than 6 months later, the same problem. The cable broke in the exact same spot. So I'll be looking for something durable and not as disposable as it is.

I bought this and returned it next day! The pads are expensive and 1 pad doesn't withstand mopping half laminate floor they roll and going forward is the only wat to get a halfway descent swipe this mop! You can only really vacuum when dry not so much while mopping when piles are little damp just pushes it around honestly! Lights were good though!

Any house with pets needs this in their life. We love our Shark vac/mop

This is the easiest and lightweight vac/mop. I use it every day in my kitchen and dining room. Love it as a quick dry vacuum for dirt or spills. Charge lasts a long time. Probably only charge it once a week at the most.

I have purchased easily a dozen Shark VacMops since my neighbor recommended two years ago. It is easily the most perfectly functioning, well made, easy-to-use appliance I have EVER owned. So I have bought dozens as gifts for my girlfriends. And they’re all ‘converts’, each as thrilled to have a reason to pull out their ‘Hero’ as I am! I literally FEED my Hero, no longer trying to prevent crumbs from falling to the floor when I’m cleaning my counters, I PUSH debris to the floor so I can engage my VacMop! One of my friends and I actually fight over who gets to VacMop when we’re together (she says it’s her ‘therapy’)! I am so enamored of this appliance for its incredible suction power, ease of changing out collection pads, versatility for suctioning up and spraying out to clean spots … or, for wood floors, sprucing up with Bona in the tank. It glides so easily that everyone in our household seeks it out and lends a hand. It’s actually fun to VacMop around the house (often several times daily for dark wood floors that show everything), and if you haven’t vacuumed in the dark, you don’t know what you’re missing. Literally and figuratively … the automatic headlights reveal dust that’s otherwise difficult to see in daylight and makes cleaning beneath furniture easy and gratifying. Not able to say quite enough about the performance, efficiency and ease of operation, it is not hyperbole to add that the Shark VacMop’s contribution to our home is both positive and joyful! Perhaps revealing that I just jettisoned my upright Oreck, my canister Dyson, my Dyson Ball AND my Dyson Stick (all acquired over the years, but each found lacking in numbers of ways) helps demonstrate the devotion (no better word!) to the Shark family of products. For the variety of flooring in our home, I need nothing more than my Shark Ninja for big jobs and deep piles; but I can’t live without my Lil Hero VacMop!
