Just bought this robot, and I think this is the best invest I could make, I wish the liquid reservoir would be bigger but other than that it is an amazing purchase.
This item is terrible. It’s very expensive and it only worked one time. I have called customer support five times and no one could help and I got hung up on two of those times. They will not allow a return they just keep saying it Hass to be sent to some specialized team that has to call me back but the team will never call me back. I cannot stress enough do not buy this product. Not only is it not ready to be released with a parent glitches, but shark is not an honorable company that will own up

Purchased at the end of November and stopped working by February 9. It’s tool late to return and apparently I didn’t purchase a warranty.
First the App doesn't download on any of my devices..... I bought this item after using it a couple of times it constantly gave me an error of please check my dust bin. and refused to charge.
It works great, connecting to Wi-Fi, mapping the house, vacuuming & mopping!! Keeper for sure!
I pulled the trigger and bought this vacuum on Black Friday on a great super sale. I had looked into reviews and saw 50/50 on this robot vacuum mop, some saying they loved it and others not so much. The price was too good to pass up, so I went ahead and purchased. Let me tell you, this thing lures you in. At first it vacuumed beautifully. Great suction power, leaves the nice lines on your carpet. I was over the moon. Then I asked it to mop. It successfully mopped my kitchen floors and left them absolutely gleaming. Finally I had reached my domesticated bliss. But then my dreams were dashed. The second ever time I asked my vacuum to mop, it got lost. In the middle of the kitchen. With nothing around it. It whirled around in circles and concentrated water on my floors to the point I was worried about ruining the wood. Mysteriously, it only ever got lost mopping. I was upset that it lost essentially half of its proposed functionality, but figured it was doing such an A+ job with vacuuming still that even if I returned for just the vacuum model, it would cost more. So I kept it, thinking it will just be relegated to vacuum-only status. WRONG. I used it two more times (a grand total, if you're keeping track, of 12 total uses) and it began to refuse to connect to my wifi. I called customer service, deleted my robot, reset it, and it worked - for 1 more time. After that no amount of reset seemed to make it intelligent enough to hook back onto wifi, and that was the final nail in the coffin for me. TLDR - this thing will work amazing for < 10 uses before problems arise. I have never been more disappointed with a tech product in my entire life. Please look elsewhere for your vacuuming and mopping needs because the tech on this is not operable.

I've owned several Shark vacuums and Roombas. Happy with all until this. It's horrible. Doesn't hold a charge past cleaning a room. And when using mop function it just spills all fluid out leaving floor soaking. A disaster for wood floors. If I could return I would but packing left outside got soaked in freak rainstorm.
It’s very good device ,, it gives me a time to do other things and it finishes the floors for me ,,, loved it a lot
The Shark app is very basic, and lacks features which could allow you to get good use of the vacuum. I had to reset the machine twice in the last 1 week because it would just not respond to the issued commands. It has hard time finding the spot I requested to clean, and often takes 10 minutes just to reach the right place. It also leaves the debris on corners and sides despite passing that area. You are limited by the app features in terms of what you can clean, and manual override is not possible. So pretty much, cleanliness of your house is at the mercy of this bot's navigation capabilities (which are extremely limited) and you can not augment it's map manually for a better experience.
