[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Shark Vertex Cordless Stick Vacuum is very lightweight and the components attach and remove easily. I have really enjoyed the attachments, especially the one for ceiling fans. I use the long extension and it reaches on top of the blades without me having to climb on a stool. The flexible wand has afforded me the luxury of getting under furniture pieces without having to move them. The dust bin releases with the push of a button and cleans easily. I don't know how it's possible, but it truly doesn't get threads wrapped around the beater roller. It's nice not having to untangle filthy messes. When I first got the vacuum, I was a little annoyed with having to charge my vacuum before I could stow it in my closet. However, days later, I realized that the battery was removable and could be charged separately. There are two design flaws that I would like to mention: a) There isn't a place to hang the attachments on the vacuum. Luckily, I had a mesh bag that I wasn't using. The attachments now hang from a clothes hanger in my closet. b) The vacuum doesn't stand on its own (due to the weight of the main vacuum head and its position in relation to the sweeper attachment). I have had to lean it against the wall whenever I've stopped vacuuming for a moment to take a phone call, etc. Because of these minor annoyances, I am assigning four stars to the Design category. However, I am awarding five stars overall because of the amount of dust and pet hair that it collects. In fact, I never realized my dog shed so much, until I emptied the canister for the first time. Overall, this is a powerful vacuum with a lot of flexibility and I look forward to using it for many years to come.
Works pretty good however one thing I really do not like. I do not enjoy getting shocked none stop. Pick up is good I do not think is powerful enough to replace a upright one. If you had all hard woods or something be fine. But on carpet it starts to hurt when using it the none stop shocks. Do they not test this stuff before release to the public. For this reason I am giving this a 1 star. I love Shark I have the vertex upright, Shark wand vac. But this I think I will return. I cant see my self getting shocked daily for this price. I can stick a fork in a electrical outlet in my house for free so.

I purchased this to primarily use on tile floors. I was skeptical to purchase a cordless vacuum because of battery life and lack of cleaning power. I have been pleasantly surprised. I have yet to run out of battery during a normal cleaning and I can't believe how much gets picked up. This vacuum is very sturdy and the attachments are nice. I also like that you can plug it in anywhere since it doesn't need to be mounted. I would highly recommend this to anyone.
Bought this as a Christmas gift for our son and daughter in law. They wanted a smaller slimmer rechargeable vacuum instead of the bigger plug in one they had. They are very pleased with it. Doesn't take up much space and has good suction. Charge lasts approximately an hour.
BBB continues to carry quality products for their customers. I bought this as a gift for my daughter and she is thrilled with it.
I’m so happy I bought this! The run time has been great so far, easily vacuuming cat hair. Very satisfied.
Great, and easy to assemble and use. It seems like it doesn't have a very powerful suction but when I looked at what it picked up I was surprised at how much it was. My only issue is there was supposed to be an accessory bag included and it was not in the box.
This is my third Shark Cordless. It is heavy and hard to maneuver. Wish I would have returned within window.
I bought this brand new and got it at a great deal On Black Friday. Was so excited to use it but when I turned it on the indicator light goes from green to red when the fin tries to engage. Took everything apart and tried multiple times but same problem - fins won’t spin. Now I have to return this vacuum and can’t replace it for what I originally purchased it for. Would be nice to be able to replace it for the sale price that I paid for it. Very frustrated Customer.
