Shark® Wandvac® Cordless Self-Empty System Pet Cordless Vacuum with HEPA in White

I have several Sharp products, including the Shark robotic self emptying vacuum, I love all of them, but when I got this after the first use I was disappointed. I tried it again nope, don't like it. The vacuum time was so short I didn't even get 3 rooms done (bedrooms, so not very big), some small piece of paper I had to pick up along with several small leaves. grrrrrrrrrrrrrr..... I got this because I have back issues and my regular vacuum is too heavy and hurts my back, so I was trying to find something easier to use. This was easier, but not if I have to keep bending over to pick things up that this should have picked up. I love the robotic vacuum, but it doesn't get to every spot, so I do have to vacuum every couple of weeks. I know LG has a similar item, and I own several LG items, but I can't afford $1000 just for a vacuum and was excited when I saw this one.... but that excited was ended with first use.

Couldn't get through a room without having to empty vaccum. Cup is to small. Vaccum is also shorter small frame.

I was so excited to get a vacuum for my hardwood floors to suck up the pet hair and dirt. I will run the vacuum for 30 seconds then it peeps like it is full. Very disappointed in its performance.

I am so happy with my Shark vacuum..it’s so light and easy to use. I highly recommend the vacuum.

Don't listen to anything in the ad! Not built for pets or allergen free cleaning! I just got this vacuum last night. I've used it 2 times and I'm already frustrated. First off everything feels cheap. All the connections are loose and feels as if it will break after a few months of using the vacuum in different sections. The battery takes up to 2 hours to charge and dies in less than 10 minutes. I only have 800 Sq ft and I couldn't even vacuum the entire apartment. The actual roller head is cheap and clearly collects long hair and debris even though that's one of their big selling points. The vacuum doesn't even stand up on its own unless docked. So now your stuck constantly holding the thing while trying to move furniture or cats out of the way. We have a clean well maintained house, this vacuum can't even keep up with that. Self cleaning dock clogged on the second attempt. Left me fishing hair and dust out of every crack and crevice which is what the vacuum is literally bragging about doing the best on the market. Overall incredibly disappointed and will be returning for a different brand all together now.

I gave this 2 stars because of the convenience factor, it’s cordless and has a self empty feature. I have had this vacuum for 3 months and it no longer empties itself (the little door doesn’t open when you dock it), it has the worst suction (it can’t even pick up cereal of the wood floors). I just walk around pushing the dirt around with it, only to have to sweep when I’m done. Charge lasts about 7minutes enough to do once floor of my house if that. And the cherry on top- it clogs ALL THE TIME. I have to take it apart find the clog and find a way to clean it out way more than I should for this price point. This is the second shark vacuum that I’ve had issues with, they made it so difficult to get any assistance with the first one that it’s still sitting in a box and doesn’t work, I don’t know why I wasted my money again but hopefully this review saves someone else the trouble!

So disappointed in this vacuum! It constantly gets clogged. Seriously like halfway through vacuuming a 3x5 rug it will either turn off or not pick anything up. We have kids and pets and keep a fairly clean house and this vacuum does nothing. We have loved all our sharks products but this one needs some work. Love the white color but it is it. 😞
