Shark® WANDVAC® System Pet Cordless Vacuum in Steel Grey

I purchased this vacuum and am not satisfied with the product at all. Battery life was terrible and when you try to let go it falls and dirt empties back on floor. I called as I was frustrated why it fell. When I called the warranty service the consultant said oh it is suppose to fall when you let go ??? It’s a stick Vaccum. So I wasted my time trying to call for this defective product.

Received a week ago. I love it. It is lightweight and easy to use. Transitions easily from carpet to hardwood to ceramic tile. Easy to empty canister. I gave it 4stars rather than 5 because the battery seems to deplete quickly, a little tricky to put on charger and There is only storage for one of the attachments.

I have bought two of these for gifts and both people absolutely love this vacuum. It’s perfect for any type of floor plus it breaks down I to a very sleek powerful handheld that can be used in the car. Will definitely be sticking with shark for a long time. Now if we could just get the Shark irons back on the shelf that would be great.

Nice design but not the suction is not that great.

I love Shark vacuums! I have expensive Dysons, corded and cordless, that weigh a million pounds, the rollers get jammed up with hair and don’t clean any better than a (relatively) inexpensive Shark but always choose my Sharks over the Dysons. My Dyson cordless vacuums do not work on rugs but this Shark seamlessly goes from wood to tile to rugs with no issue and is perfect for a quick vacuum around the house. And don’t be fooled by the teeny tiny dust/debris bin on this vacuum, the dust, hair and debris are tightly compacted by the vacuum so I can vacuum several rooms without having to empty the dust cup. My only complaint is that this vacuum doesn’t stand up on its own. I have to lean it against a corner or furniture or it will topple over. To be fair, the Dyson cordless won’t stand up either.

Slippery handle, poor suction, and works only if 3 lights are on. Once it goes down to 2 lights, it will continue to die no matter how many times you try to use it! Not worth your money!

So far I have used it to clean up areas quick so I don't have to bring the corded vacuum out easy to use a little on the high side of price range battery last ok but wish it lasted longer

I have not purchased a cordless because of the power, however I was wrong and wish I would have purchased sooner! Makes quick clean up of dog hair without dragging out the big vacuum!! Easier to use in hard to reach areas with adjustment of tools and no cord! Plus I can run out to my car for a quick clean! No extension cords to cords!!
