I turn it on often bc sitting at a computer all day hurts. It was very inexpensive and the massage helps!!! I can target my lower back or upper, towards shoulders or all. The heat helps when the office is freezing.

I didn't expect this to be as great as it is. Easy to move around and love all the options... Great Price too! Very happy and lucky that I found it.

This is a great way to ease back tension. The massager and heat combination is very soothing and relaxes sore muscles.

I purchased the Sharper Image Shiatsu Massager Seat Topper to help with back pain. The heat function has already failed with less than 4 months of only occasional use. The nodes are really hard, and sometimes my back feels bruised after I use the massager. Overall, it has helped some with the back pain, but I believe part of the relief was from the heat which is no longer working. I had hoped for more from the Sharper Image brand. I don't feel it was worth the money I paid.
