I recently wrote a negative review for this product. I am taking the time to update. Customer service was absolutely great about this issue and did not hesitate to send us a new mirror! The new one has been holding wonderfully, so the last one just must have been bad adhesive. We love this product!
Absolutely horrible product, the mirror is very heavy and the magnet they give you with the mirror does not support its weight and instantly tears away from the shower wall. I even purchased extra sticky pads to try to get this thing to stay attached to the shower wall and nothing will hold this mirror up. WORTHLESS

Was a great product for two weeks until the adhesive gave out and dropped the mirror on the shower floor breaking off the volume control. I followed the installation instruction as written but the adhesion to my title shower was not adequate. Disappointed this happened, really enjoyed the short time this product was fully functional.
The mirror only fogs about 50% of the time after 3 months. We were one week past the 90 day mark and they would only offer a partial refund instead of a replacement. Consider another product before this one.
The mirror worked at first, then the light stopped after 1 month. Now 6 months later the magnet failed and mirror fell in shower and broke.
The magnetic design doesn't work and keeps sliding on the rounded ball mount. Only had this product less than three months and the weight doesn't support the device. Mine fell to the ground and the mirror cracked! Trying to fight with the store and Sharper Image on who is going to replace or refund me!

This mirror did well for anti fog, shaving, the LED display, the Bluetooth… but last week the adhesive stripped the mirror off the wall and broke the mirror. I loved this thing but now it’s gone forever. The adhesive didn’t stick but 6 mo. So sad. Recommend that they get better adhesive stick.
The mirror works great. The mount does not hold up. Mirror fell in the shower and shattered to pieces. Would be great if mount was reliable.
Purchased 4 other shower mirrors before I received this one. All of them were garbage but this one. Awesome quality and easy to set up.
