great product and works great on all areas

I received this as a Christmas gift and ended up returning it. As the headline says, this is a heavy and well-built product. While it offers different speed settings, it does NOT offer nay difference in intensity. Rather than vibrate, this is a push pull piston action only. While I didn't measure it, from memory the piston goes in and out about 1/2" of travel. I don't carry a lot of extra weight, so this motion pressing into my muscles was not relaxing and definitely not soothing- it literally was punishing, and I can't imagine why anybody would choose it. Something for everybody, I guess. If the length of the attachment travel were adjustable, I would have found it useful, but still limited. Beyond being too intense for me, it's impossible to use on my back by myself. My lower back muscles sometimes are pretty sore by the end of the day, but this is of no use for me. And being at least as heavy as my Makita battery-powered drill or driver, it takes real work to hold it on the neck area, tightening the very muscles I'm trying to relax. For these two reasons, I chose to return it and buy something else.

It worked great when it worked, then it just stopped charging. And customer support on the product has been imposible.

I've used several massage guns and this is top notch from my experience. Not much vibration goes to your hand. This thing is so effective and wonderful!

Works like a charm! Don't expect for this to be soft and sweet....it's called the percussion for a reason!! Charges quickly and holds a charge for a while. I love this thing. Worth every penny!

I tried 2 or 3 times to use this product. Even on lowest setting (1 out of 6) and a low impact attachment, it was like applying a jack hammer to my shoulder. I did contact company listed with product and was told if you applied it to a bone, it would act like a jackhammer. My shoulder muscle is not a bone. I plan to return this item to BB&B as soon as I am able.
