Sharper Image® Shiatsu Foot+ Massager in Grey

The setting buttons are so tiny, you have to use a flashlight to see them. When there is so much space why make them so tiny? The documentation which is a one page printed both sides folded into 4, is poorly organized. Instead of imbedding the icon of settings haphazardly in multiple paragraphs, why not make the icon the bullet point for each description in a clear and legible way. Furthermore, there is nothin about how to position your feet in the machine considering the same space is accommodating the smallest women's size and the largest men's size feet. The overall machine feels much bigger than necessary. Learn something from Apple! As far as effectiveness, I can't yet comment since I got it as Christmas present and need more time, plus I never owned one before to compare. Honestly, was this thing put together by a 5 year old?

The only thing I don't like about this foot massager is the incomplete directions. There are two buttons on it that carry no instructions. Used it several times, and still don't know what the two buttons are for. Perhaps they are universal codes, but they mean nothing to me. The instructions are quite clear on the other buttons, so why leave out these two???

The massage part works well and the ability to close the top is nice. There is virtually no heat to speak of though. Unfortunately my husband (who works outside and needs his feet warmed at the end of a long day at work during the winter) can't use this as intended. For massage - I'd recommend (5 stars); for heat - I do not recommend (1 star).

I was waiting for my bf to get Vacuum Cleaner. I just sat and tried in on didn't and I came out with 6 of them. It's b/c I work in a restaurant. I stand and walk a lot. My feet tired all day in many years as well as all my friends. This feet massage is no joke. It can give hard and firm massage also the look of it is so nice. I have no complain about the remote or cord is too shot. I find my way to work it out only It give me firm and hard massage like I always want it. My bf and I got Back massage to for 9 of them this great sale.

I'm on my feet all day long and my "dogs are barking" when I get home. I don't particularly like people touching my feet so this has been wonderful. You can choose your setting for strength and heat while using it. I especially love that I can sit in the comfort of my own home while using this. Definitely recommend. Excellent brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Shiatsu Foot Massager is a well made product that soothes sore feet. There are two openings to slide your feet in an a power button that lights up when turned on. Also, you need to plug in the adapter cord, which is located in the back of the massager. There is a mode button that lets you cycle through massage programs and a light that will let you know what mode you selected. There is a heat button that adds some warmth to your feet as they are being massaged. There is also a timer button, that is my favorite feature, that allows you to choose 15, 20, pr 30 minute massages. When you are finished you press the button to turn it off, unplug the adapter and unroll the magnetic cover. There is a built in handle for carrying and storage. It is not that heavy, but a little bulky. One thing that I wish this product had is a compartment for the adapter plug, so you don’t lose it. This product does such a great job soothing your feet with massages and heat. I highly recommend to anyone.

It seems quality made so I suspect it will hold for years to come. I will definitely enjoy using this several times a week.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Totally relaxing, I love it, I am a person who walks all day and this foot massager is amazing. It has several levels and modes to adjust them to the pressure that you like the most, and you can also set a hot temperature to make the massage even more relaxing.  On the other hand, it has a really cute design and can be placed anywhere in the room without looking out of place.
