Broke and will not light up!!! Basically WORTHLESS!!!

How does this makeup light shut off? I love everything about it except I cannot figure this out. I went back to BBB and asked for help. The clerk opened another box and could not find any directions. Help, please!!!

Great mirror and light! The only complaint is that the mat white finish on the base is very hard to get makeup off. But this is the best makeup mirror I have.

find out it is cheap plastic almost like a childrens toy.. got chewed out by girlfried and she amost broke up with me.. iwill never go to bed bath and beyond ever again and especill y on line... stephen

I absolutely love this product. It is very well made. The various compartments are nicely sized. The lighting and magnifying mirrors are perfect. I'd highly recommend this mirror. It really is perfect for my vanity.

The electric plug broke after about 75 days and now the mirror light will not turn on. The mirror sat untouched so I don't know how the plug could break like that. For a $200 plus mirror, this is a horrible product. Bed Bath will not exchange or refund me on this Mirror after 60 days, so I am stuck with expensive junk. Thanks BBB

Like others have said, this is bigger than I anticipated, however on a desk or vanity, it puts the mirror at a great angle for makeup. It's replacing a smaller mirror I had and thought I loved.... until it died and I decided to replace it with this one. The touch-on feature, is, well, touchy. Maybe I need to get used to it or the well on top is confused with the tweezers and eyelash curler that fit so well on it, but sometimes I have to hit it twice, but it comes on perfectly. The mirror sitting higher, but angling well to allow me to 'look down' when applying makeup is awesome, the compartments are ample and solid. I have a bunch of jewelry in mine since my mirror sits next to my remote work area, and I can grab a few things to throw on for a quick zoom when needed. I can even put my 'blueblocker' readers in the bottom drawer. Definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a solid vanity/makeup mirror.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mirror has been just wonderful - and it's not only a mirror. It has a built in storage area as well. I would say that the whole thing is bigger than I expected - as in it takes up a bit more space that I had planned. This has better magnifying power that my previous mirror - 10 times zoom power. The storage underneath is great for small jewelry items and definitely a tweezer. I would highly recommend this product to others!! I feel like I've spoiled myself but I love it!
