I use this to quickly disinfect my re-usable masks. Very convenient. Works very well.
I tried batteries. I tried the charger. The button comes on but that lamp won't work. Contacted sharper image - they said this is not there item. the item says it includes batteries, the box says they are not, i had to buy new batteries- which is not a big deal.

Won't lite up either w charger or batteries. Ordered 2 of the smaller one & 1 larger, all three has same issues doesn't work. Can't return as I can't physically go to the store or the UPS/FedEx..
This product does not work. It will come on for a couple of seconds and then go off. Once you see that it came on you are not able to get it to come on again.
