I JUST LOVE this dish rack. Sleek. Smart. Beautiful. Heavy-Duty. I bought mine 5 years ago when I had just one baby and I’ve never looked back. Now I have baby #2 and I’m so glad I took the plunge and got this. There’s sooooo much space for multiple LARGE pots AND pans to dry AND a corner for my kid/toddler/baby paraphernalia. I’ve moved it L and R of my sink with no drainage issues. The underpan is big and adjustable and catches everything. I haven’t needed to, but I can remove the wood knife rack or the entire utensil rack even MORE SPACE. It’s super easy pull apart and clean too. The stemware rack is very sturdy with space on all sides for various sized glasses and It has a water tray below to catch drips. I also use the rack to hang the inner rubber rings of water bottles or jars. Yes it’s big, but with all the things it can hold, it solved all my many frustrations I found with all the smaller racks. And, did I say, it matches all my other stainless steel appliances too? Modern & Beautiful. Now I’m online w/ a coupon to get one for my brother & sister in law & their 4 kids. They can’t use their dishwasher because it’s always holding clean dishes/pots/pans. Hmmm, I think they can use this.
It is never 16x20 in any configuration. Fully assembled it is almost 21.5" flap to flap (pictured) by 20". With the wine rack off but the cup tray on it is almost 17" by 20. With the wine rack on and cup tray off, it is 18" x 20. It won't fit in my space because a wall is 16" from my sink. I thought it was 16" long ways, and the trays could be front & back. I'm so disappointed because it seems really great. I hope they change the dimensions in the description and save other people the trouble of returning it if their space is also limited. I will change my rating or remove it if the dimensions are corrected; it needs attention brought to it until then.

Feels sturdy, lower legs means that there’s more areas for us to put this without being hindered by cabinet height. One thing I did like from the old model was the adjustable tray vs this one that is fixed to one position

We had the compact silver one for a long long time and finally got this beautiful white updated big one. It’ has wonderful extensions for more dishwater, wine rack, and a drain in the center. We love that it is white and makes the space feel clean and simple and spacious blending in with our cabinets and back splash. If a dish rack could be called elegant then that’s what this is!

Bought one for my new home. However, I see this purchased doesn’t have the wood to insert the knives, Which is very useful. Other than that, it’s a sturdy and lasting dish rack/
