Too big for use with standard sized cans.
Great for canned veggies, tuna and chicken. Also great for a snack size portion of grapes, cherries or other small fruits.
It's a nice little invention. No more putting things on top a can to drain it.

I bought this thinking I could use it to strain tuna, but I had to return because it was way to big.

I purchase this colander primarily to drain tuna. This colander is great for beans, but way too big for a tuna can. Kept it & purchased another one that fits a can of tuna.
