Don’t even waste your time or money on this product. Over the course of 2-3 months the thing is completely collapsing. Complete garbage and unusable.

I bought this as a "closet" for guests last May. I occasionally use it to hang 5-10 pieces of damp clothing. It is very flimsy and off balance. The are no end caps so it has marked up my wall. I am very disappointed in the quality of this product and should have returned it immediately.

Imploded and bent over itself.... HORRIBLE

I paid someone to put this together and this is a piece of junk! Bought 2 and both totally failed and folded on themselves. Lost the price I paid and the price to get it put together. No response from Bed, Bath and Beyond

Bought this to store clothes during a remodeling project. It had to be reinforced as it collapsed under the weight! Disappointed in the quality.

Put this thing together completely just to find out the top shelf doesn't fit it at all. Also no end caps for the top bar. Paid to much money for this and not have all the pieces.

I use this for air drying clothes. Made for shirts and pants I would not for use heavy coats really ment mediem weighted items.

We are having new closets installed - and the company gave us 3 of these for temporary storage of clothes. Difficult to get bottom tubes ( which are threaded ) to sit tightly in base ( which is does not have threads. ) As others have noted - also difficult to get to rack to fit in grooves. Only rated ro 50 pounds - and even that is gtenerous. Since we will only need these for a few days - we should be OK but definitely not a good solution for long term storage.
