Supports the neck and back. I love it. Highly recommend
I bought this to support my neck when taking a spa bath. It’s great! Our garden tub does not have adequate neck support. This pillow makes it so much better. The only thing is I wish it had a soft cover. But I drape a soft towel over it, and toss it in the laundry bin after I’m done.

It has a good design. It would have been perfect in my previous house but it is not in my new house. The bathtub is configured different than I am accustomed.

I’ve had this item for a while. Used it about 3 times. It is reasonably comfortable. Not a soft feeling plastic, a little stiff. All in all ok for as many times as I will use it. If you are a daily “soaker”, invest in a pillow type soft item.
